JMJ Valuations is owned and run by Josh Innes and his small team. Josh brings a deep understanding of both South East Queensland and Northern NSW to his valuation work. Born and raised in Northern NSW, based now in Brisbane, he specialises in analysing property markets across South East Queensland.
 

With more than a decade of experience in the finance and banking industry, Josh offers a property valuation perspective that extends beyond traditional valuation. His background provides strong insight into the economic, commercial, and industry drivers that influence property value, enhancing the depth and relevance of his assessments across residential, commercial, and industrial assets
